We take an air sample which is analyzed for either alive (viable) or dead (non-viable), mold spores. The spore count per m3 and species of mold are recorded.
The patented InstaScope not only provides a real-time analysis of mold in your air space but also identifies bacteria, VOC's, CO2, and other bioaerosols.
We capture mold spores in a mold trap. Captured spores are then cultured on a Petri dish. Any living (viable) spores reproduce, and the species are identified and recorded.
